The 20/80 ratio is approximate: in agriculture, yield depends on variety and moisture and varies within a few percent.
Strong fiber with a natural texture, straight after decortication — raw material for further processing, composites and nonwovens. Fiber length is matched to the application: from 35 cm when fiber is supplied after decortication; 50–200 mm for fiber intended for cottonization.
Supplied on request, to the buyer's specification. Pectins and lignin are removed: the fiber becomes softer, lighter and cleaner, suitable for spinning and biocomposites.
Made from degummed fiber: soft, strong, with a natural luster. The 30–50 mm staple blends with cotton on mills' standard equipment and improves the quality of blended yarn.
Clean, uniform, low-dust hurd: the 80% of the stalk that most producers throw away. For us, it is a product line in its own right and the raw material for our own products.
Pressing line: 2 × 1,600 t. Pallet: 1,200 × 800 × 130 mm, about 15.6 kg; stackable design, exempt from ISPM-15 fumigation and marking. Production from Q4 2026.

Hempcrete and green building, acoustic and thermal insulation, bedding, bioenergy. In bulk or in big bags; particle size and moisture are confirmed by measurement for each batch.
Physical and mechanical tests were carried out by the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and TITLI; the values were obtained from batch analysis in an accredited laboratory. Test reports are available on request.
